These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products and services offered by DomusDog, a brand of Primus Group LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

2. Agreement to purchase / order acceptance

  1. All orders are subject to acceptance by DomusDog. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in price or product information, or suspected fraud.
  2. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. A separate shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped and that will constitute the acceptance of your order.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a lawful resident of the United States to place an order. By ordering you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Product information & pricing

  1. We make every effort to display product information and pricing accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
  2. Prices shown on product pages are in USD. All prices displayed represent the final price payable. There are no hidden fees. The total price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay.

5. Payment

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order confirmation unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. All checkout pages are secured via SSL/TLS (HTTPS).

6. Shipping & delivery

  1. Shipping area: Domestic U.S. only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
  2. Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from order confirmation.
  3. Transit time: 2–5 business days after shipment.
  4. Estimated total delivery time: 3–7 business days (processing + transit).
  5. Carrier selection: Carrier selection may vary by weight, quantity, product availability and order value. We reserve the right to choose the carrier.
  6. Free shipping: We advertise and honor free shipping for domestic U.S. orders as indicated on product pages. Any exceptions will be clearly communicated at checkout.
  7. If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact hello@domusdog.com promptly.

7. Returns, exchanges & refunds

Return eligibility & timeline

  • You may return new, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in new condition. The item must be returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required 
  • We accept returns for defective and non-defective items. No restocking fees apply.

How to return

  1. Email hello@domusdog.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will email a prepaid return shipping label within 48 business hours of receiving your return request. Only returns with the DomusDog-provided prepaid label will be accepted. Returns sent without an authorized label will be refused.
  3. Affix the label and drop the package at the designated carrier drop-off point.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. The time for the refund to appear on your statement may depend on your bank or card issuer.
  • If an item is found not to meet the return criteria (e.g., used, missing original packaging), we may refuse the refund or issue a partial refund.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed as follows: once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement if available or issue a refund if the replacement is unavailable.

8. Warranty & disclaimers

  • Products sold by DomusDog are provided "AS IS" and to the fullest extent permitted by law DomusDog disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except as otherwise set forth in a product warranty we may provide.
  • To the extent a product manufacturer provides a warranty, the manufacturer's warranty terms will apply.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DomusDog, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of the site or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site or products will be limited to the amount you actually paid for the product(s) at issue.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless DomusDog and Primus Group LLC from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the DomusDog site, text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software is the property of DomusDog or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any content from the site without our prior written consent.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal information. By using the site, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. (A separate Privacy Policy will be provided and linked on the site.)

13. Communications

By placing an order and providing your contact details, you consent to receive emails, SMS or phone communications related to your orders (order confirmations, shipping notifications, customer service). For marketing communications, you may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those communications.

14. Modification of Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when we post the revised Terms on the site with a new "Effective date." Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Severability & waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

18. Consumer rights notice (U.S. consumers)
