This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on DomusDog.

1. Shipping area

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping cost

Free shipping on all eligible U.S. orders.
There are no hidden fees. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Order processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

4. Delivery time

  • Transit time after shipment: 2–5 business days
  • Estimated total delivery time: 3–7 business days (processing + transit)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. We will assist you in resolving delivery issues in accordance with this policy.

5. Shipping carriers

Carrier selection depends on product weight, quantity, availability, order value, and destination. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

6. Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

7. Lost or delayed shipments

If your order appears delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us at hello@domusdog.com so we can assist you.

Customer service hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm EST (closed weekends and holidays). We typically respond within 24 business hours.
